When you purchase any of our products or services, you are immediately assigned your own consultant to manage the implementation.  This gives you one person in charge of everything that is going on as your main contact throughout.

Our approach to implementation is exceptionally consultative. Your personal consultant rapidly gains an in-depth understanding of your requirements, procedures and constraints. He or she is in constant contact with the team carrying out the implementation, and with you, so that any issues that arise are immediately and effectively resolved.

At point of purchase, your consultant starts to build a profile of the requirements as detailed by the sales team and yourself, examines your data, and agrees with you a timetable for implementation. The time required will vary depending on current processes, volume of data etc. In some case the system can be up and running within 2 days, but typically installation and review will take 4-5 days.

We ask for sufficient involvement from you to ensure that you are aware of the processes, happy with the results, and have the skills and knowledge to make any future amendments to the system that may be required.

Our aim is to make sure the implementation is carried out effectively, quickly, with minimum disruption to your day to day activities, and above all, that your new Assetware product brings maximum benefit to your organisation.

Once the system has been running for a period of time, your consultant will perform a post-installation evaluation to ensure that everything is operating as expected.  Once both you and we are satisfied that your requirements have been met, you have access to our Support team for on-going help and support.
