Following the open forum, a series of workshops takes place with key individuals from each business area. As a result of the open forum and the workshops, we – and importantly you -  gain an understanding of your processes and how they fit together. For many companies, this understanding is an extremely valuable insight into the procedures, information flows and bottlenecks in the organisation.

Our team of experienced asset management consultants then analyse their findings and put together a detailed report. This covers current asset management processes, and makes recommendations on how to make the process more fluid and cost-effective, whilst maximising management reporting.
